Check in and Check out

Check in is from 3 pm.

Check out is before 10 am.

We know that sometimes you’d like to arrive a little earlier or stay a little longer. We do our best to accommodate these requests, but please note that they depend on our housekeeping team’s schedule and the bookings before/after your stay. Where we are able to offer different arrival and departure times, the following policies apply.

Early Check In

Standard check in is from 3.00pm.

Subject to availability, you may be able to check in from 1.00pm and the following charges will apply to each property:

Cottages (up to 6 people) – £30 per hour.
Medium houses (7–12 people) – £50 per hour.
Large houses (13+ people) – £100 per hour.

If you arrive before your agreed check-in time without confirmation, the additional fees will be withheld from your damage deposit

Late Check-Out

Standard check-out is 10.00am.

Subject to availability, you may be able to check later as follows:

Until 10.30am – complimentary
From 10.30 am–1.00pm
- Cottages (up to 6 people) – £30 per hour.
- Medium houses (7–12 people) – £50 per hour.
- Large houses (13+ people) – £100 per hour.

After 1.00pm – charged as an additional night.

If you remain after 10.00am without agreement, additional fees will be withheld from your damage deposit.
