Our 23-person capacity means you can book our cottages together for a memorable group experience. With our newly-built, spacious communal area, you'll be able to spend quality time together in comfort and style.
Individual Cottages - Occupancy: 2 to 6 people
Our individual cottages are the perfect getaway for families seeking a quiet, comfortable retreat. Each cottage sleeps between 3 and 6 people and is fully equipped with all the amenities you need for a self-catering stay. Bookable up to 12 weeks in advance, you can look forward to your escape without any hassle. Come and enjoy the tranquility of our beautiful surroundings at your own pace. If you take more than one cottage - you can also hire the communal area so that you have more room.

Stainsborough sits on the shores of Carsington Water in beautiful countryside. You can easily walk from our land onto the car-free trail around the reservoir.
Closest country pub? The Miner's Arms in Carsington vilage is 1 mile from the property, and easy walk across fields and partially around the reservoir.
In the local area there's plenty to do. The Peak District National Park is a stones-throw away, and we're surrounded by attractions, outdoor activities and stately homes. Once you've made a reservation, you'll get access to our online guide so that you can plan your stay in advance.
