We take your safety and security very seriously and continually update and assess the risks in our properties. Below is all the information you need to understand the steps we have taken to secure our properties and to ensure that they are safe for your stay.
Our properties are not in high crime areas but we do recommend that you remain vigilant. We do ask that you work with us to ensure that your stay is safe and happy.
Below are details of the steps that we've taken.
Our properties are countryside venues and we ask that you remain vigilant at all times.
We have CCTV cameras at all properties that cover the drives, car parks and communal areas.
These systems are not monitored in real-time, but the cameras do record 24/7 and footage is stored on a cloud for review of 3 months.
We do not have any cameras on the back terraces nor inside the properties.
We do have Minut monitors at each property that detects motion, overcrowding, smoking, noise levels, humidity and temperature.
There are no cameras in these monitors (there are no cameras at all inside any of our properties) and we are not able to hear conversations through these monitors.
The alarms associated with these monitors are set to go off and send online notifications when nobody is supposed to be in the property. They are also set to monitor noise levels to ensure that quiet times are observed and alerts will be sent to our security team if noise persists.
Fire safety is particularly important and annual fire risk assessments are carried out by an accredited organisation.
A full copy of our fire risk assessment is available upon request.
We complete all of the necessary checks to reduce the risk of fire - including, but not limited to annual PAT testing of our electrical appliances and certification of our electrical system. But, we do ask that you adhere to the following policies to further reduce the risk.
