This property is not suitable for individuals with limited mobility. While there is one bedroom on the ground floor, all bathrooms and remaining bedrooms are on the first floor.
We have included the following elements to make it easier to manage within the properties.

Each bathroom and bedroom has an easy to read sign on the door outside.

The external exits have visible/lighted exit signs.

Closest country pub? The Red Lion in Kniveton is 0.8 miles from the property, and easy walk down country lanes.

The Standard Booking Terms and Conditions, as well as, the House Rules for Standlow Farm apply to bookings for this property.
The security deposit for Highview Grange is £500 (this is pre-authorised against your credit card two days before arrival and released within 5 days if nothing needs to be with-held).
Additional Extras
Hot Tub - £100 per stay
Dogs are accepted in the cottages for a fee of £30 per pet per stay.
Log baskets are not included but can be pre-purchased for £15.00 per basket.
