We recommend entering the full postcode into your satnav and following the final arrival directions provided below, as rural navigation systems can occasionally direct guests along unsuitable routes.

When you arrive you access the main house where you are staying through the electric gates under the arch that is directly in front of you at the end of the drive.

Check-in

Check-in is available from 3 pm on your arrival day.

Please do not arrive before your confirmed check-in time unless you have arranged an early arrival with us in advance. Our housekeeping and maintenance teams need uninterrupted access to prepare the house properly for your stay.

Keys

Your keys will be available in the key safe near the entrance to the house.

Your key-safe code will be sent separately shortly before arrival. Please do not share the code outside your group.

Parking

Parking is available once you are through the electric gate directly in front of the house and there is space for approximately 10–12 vehicles.

Please keep entrances, turning areas and access routes clear at all times. We cannot accommodate additional vehicles without prior agreement.

Accessibility

Stainsborough Hall is arranged over three floors. All bedrooms and full bathrooms are on the first and second floors, so the house may not be suitable for guests who are unable to use stairs.
