Whatever brings your group together — a family reunion, birthday, retreat, hen and stag party or just a chance to spend quality time — our packages make planning easy. We’ll take care of the bookings and simply add the cost to your payment schedule, so you can relax and enjoy the occasion without paying multiple deposits or juggling suppliers.
Please note – there is a minimum number of people required for each service and the suppliers do require that all guests participate in the session. We also need advance notice, so please get in touch as soon as possible.

Food experiences
3 Course Meal with Private Chef — £50 pp
Turn your dining room into a private restaurant. Our chef will prepare a freshly cooked three-course seasonal menu, served at your table and cleared away afterwards — no cooking, no washing up. You’ll select two dishes per course to feature — menus are lovingly created with lots of local Derbyshire produce & updated seasonally. Dietary requirements are always catered for.
Field to Fork BBQ — £35 pp
Celebrate the flavours of Derbyshire with a BBQ hosted at your venue by The Derbyshire Wild Chef. Enjoy a feast of premium meats (with vegetarian swaps available), seasonal sides, and hearty accompaniments — all cooked and served to you outdoors. A relaxed and delicious way to spend an evening together.
Bottomless Brunch — £50 pp
Start the day with a little indulgence. Your chef and waiter will serve a generous brunch menu alongside unlimited Prosecco and orange juice for 90 minutes. Choose from hearty classics, lighter bites, and vegetarian options — perfect for fuelling a day of adventure or a slow morning of catching up.
Wine Tasting — £40 pp
Tantalise your tastebuds with our carefully curated fine wine tasting event. Your evening will begin with a champagne reception, followed by a selection of award-winning wines, including white, red & rose. Our expert host will talk you through how wine is made, how to taste what you’re drinking and how to get the very best out of wine. You’ll end the evening relaxed, inspired and with a glass of port or liqueur to finish.
Wine & Cheese Tasting — £50 pp
Relax into the evening with a chilled glass of bubbles, followed by a selection of award-winning wines which are expertly paired with artisan cheeses and premium charcuterie, all served with perfect accompaniments. Our expert host will give you a wine tasting tutorial to remember and you’ll end the evening with a smooth port or fine liqueur.
Cocktail Masterclass — £55 pp
A fun and interactive experience consisting of four classic or contemporary cocktails, one of which will be prepared for you as a welcome drink to break the ice Get ready for some seriously good energy, great drinks and something that actually feels memorable. Whether you’re confident behind the bar or completely new to it, our expert mixologist has you covered with their interactive, easy to follow masterclass. Get ready to mix, shake, muddle and let the good times roll.
Cookery Masterclass — £85 pp
Join MasterChef contestant Emily for an inspiring, fun and hands-on cooking workshop and informal dining. Emily brings her signature ethos of local Derbyshire ingredients and exceptional flavours to each session, creating an experience that is as relaxed and enjoyable as it is delicious. Perfect for food lovers, small groups and guests looking to try something new during their stay.

Photo Shoot — £295
Whether you’re a family group celebrating a special occasion, a hen party dressed to perfection or a corporate group looking for some team content, our Derbyshire based professional photographer Matt will join you to capture the moment – whatever that may be! Matt’s approach to photography is down-to-earth and fun, shooting unobtrusive documentary-style, with a good mix of more ‘official’ shots too.
Outdoor Activities — £50 pp
Embrace the outdoors with three hours of activities such as archery, climbing and bushcraft skills, hosted at your venue. A great choice for active groups and countryside lovers.
Adventure Activities — £60 pp
Head out to a nearby activity centre for a full day of thrills, including high ropes, zip lines, and archery tag. With expert instructors and all equipment provided, this is the perfect option for adventurous groups. Lunch included (transport required).
Organise Your Own Activities
If you’d like to organise your own activities, we’re happy to give you the freedom to do so. To make things easier, we’ve pulled together a list of our preferred suppliers — trusted local caterers, activity providers, and event specialists who know our properties well and can help your plans run smoothly.
If you’d like to use a supplier who is not on our approved list, please let us know in advance.
There is a fee for using non-approved caterers, and you will need to provide:

Caterers
Below is our list of recommended caterers. We work closely with each of them, and while they’re listed alphabetically (not by preference), every one offers something a little different — so it’s worth having a chat to see who’s the best fit for your event.
A few things to keep in mind:
- Please book your caterer at least six weeks in advance — longer if you’re staying during peak periods.
- All caterers have minimum guest numbers for their services, so check these when booking.
- For non-approved caterers, we must receive their details, insurance, and your payment of the additional fee before they are permitted to use our facilities.
