Sleeping up to 23 guests across all five cottages, this collection of beautifully converted stone buildings combines privacy and comfort with shared social spaces – ideal for reunions, celebrations, walking holidays, or group retreats. Each cottage includes a fully equipped kitchen, cosy living area, and private entrance, giving guests the freedom to relax in their own space.

For shared meals and special occasions, guests booking all five cottages gain access to our exclusive communal kitchen and dining area. Designed with groups in mind, this spacious and sociable setting is perfect for cooking, dining, and spending time together – whether it’s a celebratory dinner, casual brunch, or a relaxed evening in.

From February 2026, you’ll also be able to enjoy a brand-new log-fired hot tub, located next to the communal kitchen and dining space – a sociable spot to gather under the stars.

Outside, enjoy plenty of space to gather in the gardens, make use of the on-site tennis courts, games room, and BBQ area – all set against the stunning backdrop of the Derbyshire Dales.

Located just minutes from Carsington Water and the Peak District, you’ll find endless opportunities for walking, cycling, water sports, and exploring nearby villages and attractions.
