Your team hires the entire property, including the bedrooms, meeting areas, lounges, dining spaces and designated outdoor areas.
There are no other delegates, hotel guests or members of the public sharing the venue. Your team has the privacy and flexibility to move between formal meetings, smaller discussions, shared meals and relaxed evening time without travelling between different locations.
Residential corporate stays are normally available on selected midweek dates, typically from Monday to Thursday or Tuesday to Friday.

The property can accommodate up to 40 overnight guests. Daytime attendance above the standard residential capacity may be possible by prior agreement and may incur an additional charge.
Stainsborough Hall, Carsington Water, Matlock
A private country house near Carsington Water with 10 bedrooms, generous living and dining spaces, peaceful gardens and excellent on-site parking.
Stainsborough Hall is particularly well suited to leadership retreats, strategy sessions and smaller teams looking for privacy, character and the space to concentrate.
The property can accommodate up to 20 overnight guests. Additional daytime attendees may be possible by prior agreement and may incur an additional charge.

Residential meeting prices
Residential corporate stays have a minimum stay of two nights and are priced according to the property, dates and time of year.
The standard price includes exclusive use of the whole property, overnight accommodation up to the stated capacity, meeting and breakout spaces, kitchens, dining areas, Wi-Fi and on-site parking.
Holly House
Two-night stays from £5,070 to £7,345.
Exclusive use of the whole house, with accommodation for up to 40 guests across 16 bedrooms.
Stainsborough Hall
Two-night stays from £3,070 to £4,135.
Exclusive use of the whole house, with accommodation for up to 20 guests across 10 bedrooms.
Longer stays are also available. Catering, activities, specialist equipment, daily housekeeping, additional daytime attendees and extended arrival or departure times are charged separately.
